Story behind our vessel names

Our vessels each have a hul’q’umi’num’ name gifted to us in honour by our partner, Snuneymuxw First Nation. These names are representative of entities of the natural world: spuhéls (spah – els) meaning wind, and sthuqi’ (sta-key) meaning Sockeye salmon.

Our vessels are each powered by four MTU Rolls-Royce propulsion jets, offering both speed and efficiency.

Both our main and upper deck host multiple individual non-gendered bathrooms for your convenience.
