With a capacity of 20 passengers, the shuttle bus will pick-up and drop-off guests at the following locations and times every day. It’s first come, first served!

Our shuttle is equipped to ride with up to 20 passengers.
Yes! This is a complimentary offering for all guests booked to sail with us.
Everything you’re allowed to bring aboard the boat is also welcome on the shuttle bus. For a peek at the full list, head to our FAQ.
While we’re delighted to offer this free service, please note that getting to our Nanaimo ferry terminal remains your responsibility.
In the unfortunate circumstance that our shuttle bus is delayed or cancelled, we cannot be held accountable for any missed connections.
In the event that sailings are delayed, our shuttle bus schedule may be impacted. Our priority is to pick-up guests and take them to our Nanaimo terminal, over dropping-off guests from our Nanaimo terminal to downtown Nanaimo.
Any changes to our bus schedule will be shared on our website.
