Arriving at Terminal
Our Vancouver Ferry Terminal is at Gate 1 near the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre.
It’s an outdoor area only with limited shelter, so guests are advised to come prepared for the day’s weather conditions.
Simply arrive 20 minutes before your sailing, join the queue and hop on board. Gates close strictly 5 mins before departure.
Vancouver Office
We also have a Vancouver Office, located at 1055 Canada Place Unit 28 Vancouver.
You can buy a ticket in person or speak with our Guest Experience team.
Getting to the Terminal
Taxis
Ask your driver to drop you off at Jack Poole Plaza. There are also taxi stands located along Canada Place Road for your return.
Parking
There are multiple public parkades close to our terminal, including 200 Burrard Parkade and 200 W Waterfront Road.
Public Transport
Our terminal is easily accessible by the SkyTrain, SeaBus or Bus. Most lines come through Waterfront Station, which is about a 7 min walk from our boarding gate.
